Poor Ms Gina!

If there is MUD, these boys will find it! Gina gave me these pictures of the boys playing in her backyard. Apparently Gina ran her water sprinklers earlier in the morning and there was a little patch of mud in the yard, which of course the boys found. She said she ran inside to grab a toy and when she got back out - three little boys covered in mud is what she found! :-) August looks SO freakin happy, so I didnt care! Plus Gina bathed them all and washed their clothes :-) NICE! Having 3 little 2 year old boys all day long keeps you on your toes!

The other pictures are from the birthday party Gina threw August for his 2nd birthday. I didnt even know she was going to through one for him....all in all - he got to celebrate his 2nd birthday 3 different times! Lucky little boy!!!!

Friendship is truly a beautiful thing.....

August and Hayden....BFFs. Gina was making lunch so she put on Sesame Street for the boys....she said she came to get them to go and eat and had to take a picture. So sweet. August LOVES Hayden....they have been friends since they were 8 months old. AT LEAST 20 times a weekend, August asks for his friend Hayden.

RDH is 5 months old and Happy Birthday to Hudson!

RDH 5 MONTHS OLD!!! It is getting harder and harder to get Ho Ho away from August for these pictures! RDH trying out the Jumparoo for the first time! All ready to head to Hudson's party....what was Mommy thinking putting me in WHITE LINEN?! With my HAT of course... The ball pit at Hudsons! Party favors from Hudson's party. Sorry Amanda, I had to take a picture of the pie....it was as yummy as it was pretty! You and your sister out did yourselves!! Playing in Hudson's ball pit. It started raining during the party, but this did not bother the kiddos ONE bit. August got soaked and the ball pit became a slip and slide and August had a blast!!! Seriously - he was SO happy! Party hats and Hudson with his birthday pie! August - SOAKED!! Adorable! RUNNING! Drinking random drinks! August and Hudson decided they wanted to drink out of the cool paper straws and adult glasses. I have no idea whose these were... I "think" the lemonade one was mine.... RDH turned 5 months old on Saturday....I can't believe it has been 5 months since he was born!!! He is starting to look big in his pictures (weighing in at 15 pounds 13.5 ozs)!!!! He is cooing a lot, sleeping better, and loves to roll around. RDH is such a sweet baby and we are enjoying every minute with him. He is on a better schedule now. He nurses at 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm(unless I am at work - then he holds out until I get home) 8pm...then sleeps until 2am and nurses then....so we are getting close to making it through the night! HOORAY! August got to go to Hudson's 2nd birthday party on Saturday. Hudson always has the BEST birthday parties!!! His Mommy should be a party planner! It was picnic themed with the cutest decorations and the best food. Thank you Hudson for inviting August to share in your special day. August had a BLAST playing in the ball pit.....he got soaking wet because even when it was raining, he was in there! Thank you also Hudson for the change of clothes.....August was pretty much dripping with water at the end of the party. It was such a fun Saturday!

Who wore it better....the Luckenbach Shirt

Sweet RDH in the Luckenbach shirt

Sweet August in the Luckenbach shirt

Its amazing how similiar these two boys looked at the beginning...but now they are starting to look really different to me. In the pictures above August is about a month younger than RDH is so its not an exact comparison....but I think they are looking different...RDH's coloring seems darker than August and his eye shape is different.
Their personalities are totally different too....RDH is calm and easy going. August is FULL of energy and always was. I love having my two totally different little boys!
RDH has been having a blast playing with Janae and getting lots of LOVE. He is talking a lot more and trying to crawl! He is taking the bottle MUCH better....thanks everyone for the encouragement and prayers...it was super stressful for me when he wasnt eating during the day! I think Daddy and Michele have a majic touch! They used to be able to get August to sleep when I couldn't!
August is loving it at Ms Ginas. He has learned about half his letters, knows his primary colors, and enjoys dancing and RUNNING! Since Ms Gina has all boys, they spend most of the day outside....she engages them in running games to burn energy - which August LOVES! I told her that she needs to start training August.....her daughter runs Division I track on a full scholarship, so hopefully she will be a good coach for August ;-) kidding....kinda.

Happy St Patricks Day and PLAYING!

Mommy with her boys! ALL in green!
RDH on August's chair
Daddy and the boys.....also in GREEN!
Me, throwing a fit because the baby (pictured above) was in MY chair! I now walk around the house pointing to things and saying... "No baby, its Abodas (the name I call myself)" Then I give a really big nod "yes"
Here I am mad that the baby has his socks on and I dont.....I am telling mom "SOCKS!"
Still yelling about not having my socks while the baby has his!
Now I am happy because Mommy got me my socks!
Baby in my chair! We are trying to guess what color eyes RDH will have. They are blue, but not quite as light as mine were at this age and they seem to have some green in them....
Pointing out the "O" on my shirt
Feeding Ho Ho. Ho Ho went from being a comfort toy to a toy August has to have ALL THE TIME! I (Mommy) took August running this morning and we had to go back to the house during the run to get Ho Ho. It is hilarious to watch August with Ho Ho during a run.....he holds Ho Ho facing out the entire run and points at things for Ho Ho to look at. Mainly cars, basketball nets, and trucks.
August doing his Hook Em horns! He has gotten REALLY good at it and loves to do it randomly all day long. Grandma came and watched August on Friday and she taught him how to do Gig Em as well!
Playing at the park in Lakeway by Mommy's office

Grayson and August "Behind Bars" in Lakeway. Andi and I were laughing at the boys because they look like they are in jail......hopefully this is not a foreshadowing of crazy college nights!
READING! The boys LOVE to be read to! August will now grab books, hand them to you and say "read"
RDH sacked out after playing with Janae all day! I brought RDH inside and went to go unload the car and when I came back inside he had fallen asleep. He had so much fun playing with Janae!
Sweet Morgan playing with RDH
Sliding with Hudson and Grayson!
Friday August got the staple out of his head....so he can finally wear caps again! YAY! We were tired of having that argument with him! Grandma (since she was watching August on Friday), Daddy, and I all went to the doctor. We also took RDH because I had been noticing that one of his pupils was slightly more dilated than the other one....Michele noticed it too.....but after a very thorough exam Dr H said he was just fine, so that is good news. August was great getting his staple out and Richard held him down.
Saturday: Since August was such a great patient Friday, I took him to a park in Lakeway right next to my work to play with his friends in the morning. He had lots of fun playing with Hudson and Grayson and Richard had a chance to have RDH all to himself.
Sunday: We are headed to watch the Texas game with friends and August is going to visit grandma since our friends live up north!

One other random August fact I don't want to forget is how he knows all the cars people drive. He can point out ANY Pathfinder out there - old and new models and he knows that is Daddy's car, he can also do the same with CRVs....although if the CRV is green then it is "Dee Dee's Momma car" I dont know how he knows this! He can also point out Grandmas car and all the parents of the kids at Gina's cars. Hilarious. Sometimes I just hear him shouting names in the back seat and then when I look around I see he has found the car that belongs to that person.

Another random fact...RDH found his cute little feet this week!

Last - I had the blog printed from August's birth to RDH's birth and it came out awesome! I always put in so many details because these are the boy's baby books. I am really glad it printed so well!
