Red Dress Run in NOLA going on the weekend of Ashley's wedding

Beautiful wedding party.  I attended by cousin's wedding solo because A. Driving with three children 4 and under for 10 hours = miserable and B.  Flights to NOLA for 4 people + baby was not in the budget.  I flew out Sat and returned Sunday.  Richard did awesome, especially waking up 5 times at night to let Sam eat.  He wraggled swim lessons, the bank, and dinner.  This was my first night away from Sam and I missed all my boys very much!

Lakeway Vacation, Dinner at UT, and 11 Month SAM

Richard started a 2 year appointment to the Board of Directors for the Texas Exes.  We were invited to attend dinner in President Powers office prior to the first of his Board Meetings.  It was so nice to be on the other side of Board Meetings :-)

August and RDH shared this queen.  I stacked pillows up on the side and neither fell out!  Success!  I was worried about RDH bc he has never slept outside a crib!

Movie time at the pool.  August is floating in the pool.  Getting him out each time was pretty much impossible!

Saturday after we got back from Lakeway, we went (except for Sam who stayed with a babysitter) to the Texas Exes annual Orange and White dinner.  It is at an exotic game ranch and the boys had a blast on the bus tour of all the animals!

RDH stood hanging out the window the whole tour.  He LOVES animals!

Richard bid and won the right to fire off "Old Smokey."  Definitely the highlight of his evening

And to round out our weekend, on Monday Sam turned 11 months.  Getting a picture of him was next to impossible!
