RDH gets some new words and August....a new bike!

RDH has started really talking! Here are his clear words:
Mama (first word)
Dada
Cracker - he LOVES eating crackers at Gina's and asks for them ALL the time. He will just walk over to the pantry, point up to the door knob, and say "want cracker." Gina said she has never heard a baby that age say "cracker" so clearly. Its so funny to watch!
Ah Oh
What's that? (while pointing his little finger)

August's bike:
Well we finally cashed in on our "pamper's points." After August spending 3 yrs in diapers and RDH a year, we had enough points to get August a big wheel. We ordered it a month ago and Richard put it together. August noticed the box in the garage - which we quickly recycled before he could ask about it again. Well.....on Sunday he located a picture of the assembled bike on Richard's phone that Richard had taken and got SO excited! He carried the picture around ALL day while talking about his bike. We told him he would get it on his birthday and he knows his birthday is February 24th. Monday at Gina's he told everyone about his bike....when Gina asked if he got to ride it, he said "No, its on daddy's phone." I had to explain to her what he meant....she was so confused. This Friday - on his birthday, he will finally get his bike. Considering how much he has already talked about it, I am sure he will be so excited!
