Preschool and Sam takes his first swim!

Some of August's "pattern" work from preschool.  LOVE how he writes his name :-)
Saturday we went to a friends house and swam for 4 hours!  The boys had a blast and we had to drag them away kicking and screaming at the end of the day.

Sam enjoyed standing on the swim up bar the most!

August enjoyed the hot tub!

Sam catching a nap
RDH almost ate an entire bag of pirates booty!  His face was COVERED in cheese

1st Day of Pre-school and Sam turns 9 MONTHS old!

August started Pre-school on MONDAY!  He has done very well!  This week they are learning about patterns and August has been coming home each day and trying to teach Richard Dean about patterns :-)  We are so proud of August!  His new preschool is in-home as well and is run by a husband and wife team.  They are both certified teachers, so the environment they offer is definitely a classroom setting.  August only had one hard drop off this week.  Overall he has done great with his move!

My big boy!

His new classroom!

Sam turned 9 months on the 5th of this month!!!  He is inching everywhere, eats 3 meals of solids, and nurses at least 5 times in a 24 hour period.  He is "talking" a lot - especially to his brothers!  Still no teeth (which this nursing mom is thankful for :-)

Welcome sweet Charlie Spencer!  Isnt she adorable!?  and Congrats to Nancy and Chris!

Memorial Day Weekend and catch up

The boys enjoyed their first swim of the season on Memorial Day weekend!

After swimming our neighborhood had an ice cream social.  Sam came to join in!

Delicious!

Richard Dean was EXHAUSTED after swimming, icecream, and playing on the playground....yet refused his nap!  Looks like sleep got the better of him!

The boys have started fashioning their "capes" as aprons and pretending they are chefs!  They provide me with menus, take my order, and make me food - too bad it is only pretend food!

Friday - May 31st was August's last day at Ms Ginas!  She has watched him since he was 8 months old when we met her at Courtyard.  August and I are both sad that he has aged out of her house.....but at least I get to see Gina when I drop off and pick up Sam and RDH.  They will stay with her!  I know August will do well in his new school!

Here August is at his new school!  We went to visit on Friday.  All the kids were really excited to meet August and have a new playmate!

Saturday we ventured out to the Salt Lick and got to spend time with Brett and Kim and their family!  So much fun!
 RDH enjoyed the cobbler!
 Sam enjoyed squirming!

Sunday at Matts :-)  RDH loves his desserts! And big news on RDH.  On Memorial Day weekend he informed me that he wanted underwear.  He has been wearing underwear at Gina's.....but had not been wearing them at home.  He has now been in underwear ever since and has not had one accident!  YAY!  down to 1 in diapers!
